Support at Home Services & Prices

Under Support at Home, services are grouped into three categories. Clinical supports are fully government-funded; Independence and Everyday Living usually involve a small participant contribution based on your income and assets. Weekday rates sit with the service list below.

Clinical Supports

  • Allied health — physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, dietetics, speech pathology, psychology and more
  • Wound care and chronic disease support
  • Nutrition support and supplements where clinically required

Small Contribution

Independence Supports

  • Personal care — showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and continence support
  • Mobility assistance and transfers
  • Medication prompting (non-clinical)
  • Transport to appointments, shopping or social activities
  • Social support and community participation
  • Respite care to give family carers a break
  • Overnight or 24-hour support when needed

Services and weekday prices

These are weekday rates (Monday to Friday 8:00am–6:00pm) for the services listed above. Evening, weekend and public holiday rates are on the full fee schedule.

All prices are all-inclusive — administration, coordination, wages, insurance and tax are already included. No extra fees. Care management is capped at 10% of your quarterly budget.

These are service prices, not your contribution. Government funding pays for services from your quarterly budget. Any amount you pay yourself depends on your income assessment and the type of service. Clinical supports such as nursing and allied health do not require a participant contribution. Book a time and we will work with you to minimise your contribution and make the most of your funding.

Additional Pathways

Extra support when you need it

AT-HM

Assistive Technology and Home Modifications — separate funding for equipment and home modifications (low, medium or high tiers, up to $15,000+). You don't need to use your regular quarterly budget for these items.

Restorative Care Pathway

Short-term, intensive support (up to 16 weeks) to help you regain function after an illness, injury or hospital stay.

End-of-Life Pathway

Additional funding and specialist support in the final months of life, prioritising comfort, dignity and family wishes.

All services are delivered according to the national Support at Home service list and your individual support plan. We only provide what is approved and what you actually need and want.
